How long will my order take to arrive?
Most candles are hand-poured to order. We usually dispatch within 3–5 working days, and delivery takes another 3–7 working days depending on your city. Personalised and bulk orders may need a little longer — we’ll let you know when you order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat ₹60 anywhere in India, and free on orders of ₹499 or more. Our minimum order value is ₹199.
Can I choose the colour and fragrance?
Yes! For most candles you choose the colour and fragrance on the product page before adding to cart. Want something not listed? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll try to make it happen.
Do you take bulk and return-gift orders?
We love them. We make favours for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, festivals and corporate events, with custom colours, fragrances, tags and packaging. See our Bulk & Return Gifts page or WhatsApp us for a quote. Please order 2–3 weeks ahead if you can.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders. You can also pay online by UPI, debit/credit card or netbanking.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We pack every candle carefully, but if something arrives broken, please send us a photo and an unboxing video on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Why did my candle get soft or lose its shape?
Soy wax is a natural, softer wax and can soften or melt in heat — for example in a hot car, near a window or during an Indian summer. Store your candles in a cool, shaded place. During very hot months we pack extra carefully, but a little softening in transit can happen.
Are the candles edible?
No. Our mithai, dessert and café candles look very real, but they are decorative candles made of wax. Please keep them away from children and pets. Read our Candle Care & Safety tips.
