Products

Our candles are handmade, so colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from the photos. Product images are for illustration. Our candles are decorative and not edible — keep them away from children and pets, and follow our Candle Care & Safety guidance.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and availability may change without notice. We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order; any payment will be refunded in full.

Personalised items

Please check spellings and options carefully before ordering. We make personalised items exactly as entered and cannot accept returns for errors in the details provided.

Safety and liability

Candles involve an open flame. DECOESH is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, unattended burning or failure to follow safety instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where DECOESH is based.
