Ready designs are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Personalised and bulk orders can take 7–14 working days; we will confirm the timeline when you order. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499. Orders of ₹499 and above ship free. The minimum order value is ₹199.

Hot weather

Soy wax is a soft, natural wax and can soften in high temperatures. We pack carefully, but please collect your parcel promptly and store candles in a cool place.
